The St. Clair County Emergency Telephone System Board (ETSB) is dedicated to ensuring reliable, high-quality 9-1-1 service for our community. We oversee the operation, maintenance, and continued advancement of the county’s enhanced 9-1-1 system, connecting residents and visitors to police, fire, and emergency medical services when it matters most. Our mission is to provide fast, dependable access to help - keeping our community safe, informed, and prepared.
